Local Source Bakery uses stone ground grains and cereals along with Fair Trade and organic cane sugar, chocolate and local fruit, local Free-Range eggs and locally sourced honey & maple syrup to produce a delicious array of pies, quiches, cakes, cookies, muffins, croissants, danishes as well as a variety of fresh breads baked daily for our shop.

Many of our baked goods are carried by local restaurants and coffee shops.

We pride ourselves on our amazing and unmatched dedication to quality ingredients in our bakery.
